Early summer is such a busy time of year here at Thyme in the Country, not just for us as Innkeepers but for all the wildlife too! While we are busily planting and preparing the property for you to enjoy, all around us the wildlife are busy doing the same thing!
Birdies building their nests in craziest places. Chickens getting “Broodie”, fawns in the grasses, goslings on the pond, bunny rabbits in the garden. Our backyard is an ideal place to patiently watch and listen to the wildlife.
A short walk anywhere on our property will give you a glimpse of the diversity of wildlife and a chance to observe how birds build their nests, care for their young and find the cleverest spots to raise them.
