Who for the last 10 years has helped me create all that happens here at Thyme in the Country. He has been the reason behind starting the business and keeping it going. He is the one who purchases, roasts, grinds and brews our coffee. He makes our soaps, photographs our food, keeps track of the animals, welcomes guests, fixes things when they break, comes up with new ideas and he loves to run and swim. We are so proud of the man he is becoming and will miss him when he goes off to SUNY ESF for Environmental Science this fall but alas, The world beyond Thyme in the Country is awaiting him and he can’t wait to be there.
